Family Music Makers programming is the most creative and diverse I've ever experienced. They specifically select music from an extensive range of rhythmic meters, tonalities, and ethnicities. The choose performers who are experts in their fields to generate music that is 'kid friendly' but not nausiating for parents. They incorporate orchestral, vocal, and strictly rhythm components, old favorites and new compositions into their repetoire on each CD. And they provide a relaxed atmostphere in which to be introduced to a variety of music in their weekly classes. I have been a musician all my life...
