Register for Family Music Makers Classes!

We accept Mastercard and VISA and checks to register for our classes.

FALL/WINTER TUITION:
 First Child (Mixed-Age and Kidstompers)........$215
Discount tuition for sibling 1 year or more.......$160
Discount tuition for sibling 7-11 months..........$105
Sibling 6 months or younger*.........................FREE!
*as of the first day of class
Kidservatory..................................................$265

Once the session has started, a $10 processing charge will be applied for a family switching from one class to another.

To register for any of our classes, you may use our online form or:

  • Phone registrations, call (617) 783–9818. Please leave a message with:
    •
    • Your name
    • Address
    • Evening phone number
    • Daytime phone number
    • Your child's name and date of birth
    • Your first and second choices for location
    • Day and class time you are interested in
    • Credit card number and expiration date
      •

          Phone reservations must also include your Visa or
          Mastercard number and expiration date.  Phone
          registration without payment does not guarantee a
          space in class.

  • For mail registrations, please print out the on-line registration form.
    • If paying by check, make the check payable to "Family Music Makers".  If by credit card, please be sure to include the expiration date along with  your Visa or Mastercard number.

  • If space is no longer available in either of the classes you requested, we will call you.
  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as payment is received and processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email or a call within a week, please call the office immediately to verify receipt of your registration and tuition.

REFUND POLICY:

WITHDRAW BEFORE CLASSES START:
Full tuition refund will be made ONLY before the first class.

UNFORTUNATELY TUITION REFUNDS CANNOT BE MADE AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS.
